Good evening DPMS families. It's been awhile since I've sent out communications and hope you are well and your New Year has started out well! Like all robocalls, this call will be emailed and posted to our recently updated middle school website. I encourage you also to download the mobile app by following the directions HERE. I have a few reminders and bits of information for you tonight: - The first is that there is a school dance here at the middle school tomorrow, Friday, January 20th from 3:00 - 4:30. The cost is $5 but there are $1 discounts for a Plus Card and Student Body Card. Concessions will also be available. - The end of 1st semester is next Friday, January 27th which is a 1/2 day of school district-wide. Middle School students will be released at 12:00 noon after lunch. The last day for students to turn any 1st semester work in for grading is next Wednesday, January 25th! - Last, I want to remind everyone that parent drop off in the morning is at the gym doors. To keep traffic flowing, please enter AND exit the far southern entrance. The front entrance and exit are available after 8:20. The cafeteria is open for student breakfast starting at 8:00 if students walk around to the front doors and then all doors are open to students at 8:06. Prior to 8:06 there is limited to no adult supervision and therefore it is best if students arrive sometime after then. Thank you for your time this evening.
